GHCO is one of the fastest-growing liquidity providers specialising in exchange traded funds (ETFs). We strive to create more transparent and accessible financial markets for all types of investors. We make ETFs accessible in worldwide by focusing on intelligent algorithmic trading, building a reliable market presence, and cultivating the expertise to price a wide range of products. We are a small team of expert traders and software engineers looking for bright, kind and passionate people who have an interest in advancing the state of the art in algorithmic trading.   • You are dynamic, creative and love challenging the status quo
  • You have a few years of work experience in recruitment or human resources
  • You have previously worked with high growth startups
  • You are a champion of diversity and believe in supporting a healthy work environment
  • You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously, juggle a variety of tasks and collaborate with different teams
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • You thrive in an international team and are comfortable working with different offices remotely (UK, US, EU)

you will

own the recruitment and the development of the team experience. Our head of people will partner with all areas of the firm to help find the right talent for the right roles. We want to build an inclusive recruitment process second to none and attract top-tier talent to our business, people who will support our mission and turn into incredible driving forces. We also aim to raise the bar for employee wellness, forge a supportive environment where everyone can feel empowered and bring their best self to work every day. 

Some of the responsibilities we expect you to take over: 

  • write and post job opportunities that reflect our passion and drive
  • screen candidates and be first point of contact on introductory calls
  • work with the team to identify roles and talents to build GHCO
  • streamline the onboarding process of new joiners
  • refresh the employee handbook and policies to reflect our growth and unique culture
  • champion the company culture and diversity
  • organise events to bring the team together and celebrate its successes
  • manage relationships with the diversity networks we partner with
